- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed

- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, thawed peas and carrots, diced onion, and diced bell pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, dried thyme, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and rice mixture, and stir until well combined.
