Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
