Ingredients
- 1 32 oz bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Place 4-5 tater tots in each muffin cup and use the back of a spoon to press them down and up the sides to form a cup shape.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle diced ham, cheddar cheese, and green onions into each tater tot cup.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
