Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup kefir
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Mix the rolled oats, kefir, and almond milk in a bowl.
  2. Cover the bowl and let it stand in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. In the morning, add the blueberries, raspberries, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the oat mixture.
  4. Stir the mixture until everything is well combined.
  5. Serve the Bircher Muesli with Kefir in individual bowls.
