1 14-ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of sour cream
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm with crackers or toasted baguette.
