Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. Peel and remove the pit from the avocado.
  2. Peel and slice the banana.
  3. Place the avocado, banana, nuts, and milk in a blender.
