Ingredients

  • 3 apples, cored and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the apples, walnuts, feta cheese and cranberries.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
